These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mytools.help, its subdomains, and the browser-based tools and content available through them (together, the "Website").

The Website is operated by the Webmaster of mytools.help, established in Bulgaria ("MyTools.help", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Do not treat a password or other secret as secure merely because it was generated or handled by the Website.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits such limitation.

If you are a consumer, you retain all mandatory protections granted by the law of your country of residence. These Terms do not restrict rights that cannot be waived by contract.

17. No waiver

If we do not enforce a provision immediately, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
